  Hualv Machinery has customized three different specifications of mobile lift platform ladders for Siemens Industrial Machinery.The delivery was successfully completed and passed Siemens'acceptance.
  The specifications of the three mobile lift platform ladders customized for Siemens include:
  Platform height below 2 meters:Lift height of 1-1.7 meters;
  Platform height between 2 to 3 meters:Lift height of 2.3-3.3 meters;
  Platform height above 3 meters:Lift height of 3.5-4.5 meters.

  Features of the mobile lift platform ladder:
  ——It adopts a manual lifting structure with a self-locking winch and anti-fall safety pins,ensuring smooth and efficient lifting while ensuring safety and stability during work on the platform.
  ——Stabilizing legs are installed on both sides of the base to ensure platform stability and provide effective and sturdy support on uneven ground.
  ——The work platform adopts a segmented retractable tread structure,allowing the platform to better match the equipment and ensure the correct working posture.
  ——The entire perimeter of the platform(bottom circumference,outer columns,and platform ends)is equipped with anti-collision rubber blocks to protect the platform and equipment.
  ——The stairs and platform are designed with wide anti-slip treads,kickboards,safety chains at the platform entrance,chain guards at the retractable treads,and warning stripes on the first and last steps,all highlighting the principle of safety in every detail.
  ——The lift platform is made of all-aluminum alloy structure,with four heavy-duty swivel casters at the bottom for easy mobility and flexibility.It has an elegant appearance and requires minimal maintenance.
